They repaired my Viva Fitness treadmill. Before them another old company technician had come and told me it was motor problem and asked for very high amount. But when I call monster company technician he said it is PCB problem and motor is fine. He repaired PCB in few days at very reasonable cost. Their technician is very knowledgeable and polite.....gave me some good tips on how to maintain my treadmill in good condition. Overall very satisfied with their honesty and prompt service.

Very good and prompt service..i got a durafit elliptical machine and it had some problems...guys from MonsterAtWork were assigned to work on the problem and they went above and beyond to help me out....both the manager and the technician were very professional and very courteous....i had a very good experience
